Important dates in the life of Shree Anna Maharaj
1908 : Born in 1908 (कार्तिक वद्य दशमी) in Vidisha in Madhya Pradesh, India. His home town was Raver, Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
1915 – 1937 : Spiritual services offered to Shree Mahankaleshwar, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.
1937 – 1944-45 : Private service in printing press at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Ashwin Shuddha Panchami (Lalita Panchami) – 1st meeting with Shree Shankar Maharaj at Nashik at the residence of Mr.Kulkarni, an Income Tax Officer.
Kartik Shuddha Ashtami (happens to be Shree Shankar Maharaj Pragat Din)- Attained spiritual favour (Krupa Anughrah) from Shree Shankar Maharaj at Nashik (Trambakeshwar), Maharashtra. Shree Shankar Maharaj and Shree Anna Maharaj were residing at Mr.Rambhau Akolkar’s residence.
Shree Shankar Maharaj accepted him as his disciple and initiated him in Sanyas diksha, granted Paramhas position in the yogic culture and graced him with Aadhyatmik Rajyog.
1945 – 1982 : Continued his spiritual services at Waghod (near Raver), Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.In 1947 Anna Maharaj resigned from his private service and followed the path shown by Shree Shankar Maharaj.
1-July-1982 : Nirayaan (Salvation/Deliverance) in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
